What are the benefits of a Duo Clean brush roller?

Two brush-rolls work together in one floorhead, for all floors. The Anti Hair Wrap Plus brush-roll design digs deep into carpets and directly engages with hard floors. The second soft brush roll draws in larger debris, smaller particles and lifts stuck on dust from hard floors, so you can enjoy a continuous deep clean between carpets and hard floors without stopping to switch floorheads.

What are the benefits of Anti Hair Wrap Plus?

The unique bristle-guard and comb actively separates and removes long, short and pet hair, drawing hair directly into the dust cup and helping to leave the bristle brush-roll tangle-free – this technology provides the “Sharks Best Ever Hair Pick Up” in the Shark cordless range.

How does the Anti-Odour Technology work?

The anti-odour technology cartridge works by driving the neutralising technology up through the air path with the debris and into the dust cup to prevent bad odours for accumulating in the dust cup. When the unit is in use, you may be able to smell a light scent. The anti-odour technology cartridge can be increased or decreased using the dial on the floor nozzle. The intensity of the anti-odour technology fragrance may diminish over time and will need replacing approximately every six months.

How long does the battery take to charge?

The battery takes approximately 4 hours to fully charge The initial charge on the battery pack (out of the box) is approximately 30%. Charge the battery completely before first use.

How heavy is the vacuum?

The total weight of the vacuum including floor nozzle is 4kg.

Are the filters washable?

Yes, simply rinse the filters with water and let them air dry for at least 24 hours before re-inserting into the unit. Clean the pre-motor filters at least once a month and post-motor filter at least once a year. Tap off loose dirt between washes when needed. More frequent cleaning may sometimes be necessary with heavy use.
