The Shark Clean Guarantee
When you purchase a Ninja or Shark product from www.ninjakitchen.ie /www.sharkclean.ie, the retailer is Kitchen Accessories Limited trading as Gowan Home. If the product is faulty, you have statutory rights against the retailer which are summarised in our Terms of Sale.
In addition to your statutory rights, SharkNinja Europe Limited (with registered office at 1st/2nd Floor Building 3150, Thorpe Park, Century Way, Leeds, England, LS15 8ZB) provides a manufacturer’s guarantee with the product (the “Manufacturer’s Guarantee). The Manufacturer’s Guarantee is for a duration of 1 year from the date of purchase or 2 years from the date of purchase when the guarantee is registered within 28 days of purchase with Sharkninja Europe Limited.
If you purchased your Ninja or Shark product directly from www.ninjakitchen.ie /www.sharkclean.ie , we have you covered. Your product will automatically be registered for the extended guarantee period.

While legal responsibility for the Manufacturer's Guarantee rests with SharkNinja Europe Limited and Kitchen Accessories Limited trading as Gowan Home excludes any liability for the Manufacturer’s Guarantee, we set out below a summary of its key terms.
What is Covered by the Manufacturer’s Guarantee?
Repair or replacement (at the discretion of SharkNinja Europe Limited) of your Ninja/Shark machine, including all parts and labour.
Important
What is not covered by the Manufacturer’s Guarantee?
· Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the product which is not in accordance with the Ninja Instruction booklet supplied with your product.
· Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the operating instructions.
· Use of parts and accessories which are not Ninja Genuine Components.
· Faulty installation (except where installed by SharkNinja).
· Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than SharkNinja or its agents.
· Products that have been purchased from a retailer we do not directly supply.
