How do I begin cleaning floors?

1. Ensure that the antimicrobial brush-roll is attached to the motor, nozzle cover is properly attached, and the water tank has been filled to the max fill line with water.
2. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. The unit will go into Standby mode, and the settings lights will flash.
3. To select a steam mode, press the mode button (located on the top of the body) once for LOW, twice for MEDIUM, and 3 times if unit has HIGH mode.
4. Place your foot on the nozzle cover and tilt the handle down to activate the spinning brush-roll.
5. Use a forward and backward motion when mopping. Caution: Test in a small inconspicuous area and contact the manufacturer or installer for specific information on the surface or material to be steamed. Do not mop any one area for an extended period. Caution: Using cleaning solutions may damage the unit.

What are the differences between the Intelligent Steam Control settings?

This unit has 3 unique Intelligent Steam Control settings, so you can choose the ideal amount of steam to use for each cleaning task. LOW: Use on hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. For cleaning delicate surfaces, loosening and lifting light dirt, and light cleaning and dusting. MEDIUM: Use on marble, tile, and stone. Cleans most surfaces and large areas. For basic, everyday cleaning, and cleaning moderate and heavy-traffic areas. HIGH: Use on marble, tile, and stone. For deep cleaning and mopping hard-to-clean surfaces, removing stuck-on messes and stains, cutting through heavy dirt and grime, and Santising*. *Sanitisation studies were conducted under controlled test conditions. Can you adjust the flow of steam coming out?

You can adjust the flow by changing between Light mode, Normal Mode, and Deep mode depening on the Steam Pickup you buy. Each mode is optimised for a specific application.

What are the Clean Water Tank and Dirty Water Tank capacities?

The Clean Water Tank is 420ml. The Dirty Water Tank is 220ml.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty is 3 years. (2 +1 on registration)

How do I fill the water tank?

1. To open the water tank, pull the water tank out from the Steam Pickup. 2. Twist open the cap and fill with water underneath a tap. Make sure not to exceed the Max Fill line. 3. When finished, close the cap tightly and place it back onto the SteamPickup. Caution: Using cleaning solutions may damage the unit.
