We recommend that you only use the spray bottle refills designed specifically for Shark StainForce (Scan the QR code in your Instruction Booklet, or on the box for details.) Using other solutions even if they are from the Shark brand may cause harm to your spot cleaner and will invalidate your warranty.

Can the StainForce be used on hard floors?

The Shark StainForce is only designed for carpets, rugs, upholstery, & fabrics, not hard floors. This unit is not suitable use on wool, silk, antique or other delicate materials. Always conduct a patch test in an inconspicuous area first.

Where can I use my StainForce?

The StainForce is designed for use on carpet and upholstery. This means it can be used anywhere around the home, or even in your car.
