What are the benefits of the LED display?

The LED display shows; Battery status by displaying the amount of charge you have remaining. The mode you are currently in –Detect, Eco or Boost. Dirt Detect Indicator to show the level of debris the vacuum is picking up during the clean.

How do I change between modes on my vacuum?

To toggle between ECO, DETECT, and BOOST modes, press the mode selection trigger located on the inside of the Hand Vacuum handle.

What is Detect Mode?

In Detect Mode, the vacuum engages the Detect technologies to sense your environment to Maximise Optimise your cleaning experience. Dirt Detect - Identifies dirtier high-traffic areas and automatically boosts suction power to pull in hidden dirt. Floor Detect - Brushroll responds to surface changes and automatically adjusts to optimise your clean. Edge Detect - Dynamically detects edges and corners and maximises suction and power to remove stubborn dirt. Light Detect - Senses low-light situations and automatically illuminates dark areas to help you spot debris.

How do I store my vacuum?

Store your vacuum secure area and out of reach of children or pets. To use Flex storage, Locate the Flexology release button on the back of the wand and fold your vacuum over 180°. The vacuum will then stand alone in this position and allow you to store it away.

What is Reverse Clean Technology?

Traditionally, vacuums only pick up debris on the forward stroke. The reverse cleaning technology adapts to the cleaning direction and picks up debris on both the forward and backstroke.

How long does the battery take to charge?

The battery takes approximately 6 hours to fully charge. Prior to first use, the battery should be charged completely. To charge the battery use the battery charging sleeve supplied with the vacuum.

Are the filters washable?

Yes, all filters on the vacuum cleaner are washable. Simply rinse the filters with water and let them air dry for at least 24-48 hours before re-inserting into the unit. Clean the pre-motor filters at least once a month. Tap off loose dirt between washes when needed. More frequent cleaning may sometimes be necessary with heavy use.
