What is the Misting Pod and when should I use it?

The Misting Pod adds an extra layer of cooling when airflow alone isn’t enough, such as in dry heat or after workouts. It creates a fine mist that combines with the fan airflow to help you feel cooler. As well as constant misting, the ChillPill can also be set to interval misting where the device will cycle through mist for 4 seconds and then pause for 2 seconds. This may suit some users better, and extends the time required between refilling the tank.

Where on my body should I place the InstaChill Cooling Plate and for how long?

The InstaChill Cooling Plate is designed for areas that respond well to temperature changes, such as the wrists, back of the neck, forehead, or chest. ChillPill automatically turns off after 8 minutes, which is the recommended maximum duration for a single session. Allow your skin to return to normal temperature before repeating. Discontinue use if skin becomes sensitive or uncomfortable.

What is the InstaChill Cooling Plate?

The InstaChill Cooling Plate provides focused contact cooling for short sessions.

What is the runtime and charge time of the ChillPill?

The maximum runtime for this fan is up to 11 hours when on the lowest fan setting, up to 4.5 hours on fan speed 5 and up to 1.5 hours on the highest fan setting (fan only). The charge time (0-100%) for this fan is up to 3.5 hours.

Is ChillPill travel safe?

ChillPill is ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) compliant for carry-on hand luggage only. The unit contains a Lithium-ion battery, never pack the unit in your checked luggage.

Where can I use the ChillPill fan?

ChillPill is intended for personal cooling. Do not expose to rain or use in wet conditions. Note: materials of this product are UV resistant per UL746C but the unit is not water resistant. Always store the unit indoors in a dry place.
