Here’s what you need to do:

• Click on My Account, view your orders, click ‘Return’ on the relevant order, and follow the on-screen instructions.
• You will be sent an email with a link to download your return label - box up your return, attach your label and take it to a DPD pick-up shop.
• We’ll take care of the rest.
