So, what does Dr. Ewoma think of Shark CryoGlow?

When asked how to get glowy skin, Dr. Ewoma advises combining a great skincare routine, rich in actives, with a great at-home device. “My favourite is the CryoGlow mask. Shark’s CryoGlow LED mask uses blue, red and infrared technology which is going to be perfect in boosting the skin's brightness and complexion.”

When should you use Shark CryoGlow?

Shark’s CryoGlow mask's LED routines are designed to be used once a day – but should you slot it into your morning or evening routine? Well, it depends what works for you and on the outcomes that you want to achieve.

Dr. Ewoma says: “In the morning I like to use my CryoGlow mask after cleansing my face. I love to use the Under-Eye Revive mode, because I just find that it’s great at depuffing my under eye and that’s really going to get me started for the day.”

At night, Dr. Ewoma uses the mask “as a part of my self-care routine. I love to use the Better Ageing mode. I just find it’s the perfect way to start my self-care routine. It aims to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and it just helps me to relax.”
